Zucchini oatmeal

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with grated zucchinis. Season with cardamom. Add a splash of tinned coconut milk.
At the end of cooking stir in little bit of fresh lemon juice, tiny bit of ground green stevia leaves, coconut sugar or date sugar.
Transfer into a bowl and top with desiccated coconut. Add 1 tabelspoon of tahini.
