Yellow lentil stew

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat. Saute sliced scallions and zucchinis. Season with salt, turmeric, herbed salt and garam masala. A couple minutes later add water and yellow lentils (soaked in water for a couple of hours). The lentils should be covered with water. Cook until everything softens.
Transfer into a bowl. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and toasted fennel seeds. Serve with rocket salad.
