Yellow lentil bowl

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute chopped celery leaves and sliced scallions for a couple of minutes. Then, add precooked yellow lentils (soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes then cooked in vegetable broth). If you like it more soupy add more broth/water.
Transfer into a bowl and top with sliced cucumbers.
