Winter bread

Preheat oven to 160 degrees (convection oven).
In a bowl, combine, 150g oat flour (gluten free, if wished), 100g buckwheat flour, 4 tablespoons of coconut flour, orange peel, mandarine peel, 4-5 tabelspoons of coconut sugar, 17g of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of ground green stevia leaves, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds, juice of 1 orange, 20 tabelspoons of coconut milk, juice of 4 mandarines, 5 tabelspoons of melted coconut oil, 6 tabelspoons of coconut butter and a splash of a strong chai tea. Let it rest for about 10 minutes then transfer it into a greased loaf tray and bake for about 50 minutes.
Let it cool down, then enjoy it!
