Vegetarian rice dish
Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute coarsely grated zucchinis and grated carrots for a couple of minutes. Season with turmeric, tiny bit of black pepper, herbed salt and salt. Then, stir in precooked rice and whisked egg (pasture-raised/organic). Cook for a couple more minutes, then transfer it into a bowl and top with some avocado slices. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and little bit of black pepper.
