Sauted oyster mushrooms in olive oil (low/medium heat). Seasoned with salt, majoram and tarragon.

Roasted carrot slices in olive oil. Seasoned with salt. (160 degrees//convection oven)

Polenta patties: I used polenta leftovers, which I posted 3 days before. Form patties out of the polenta and slow fry in olive oil (low/medium heat) until golden brown.
