Tofu rice bowl
Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute diced smoked tofu (organic/NON-GMO) for some minutes. Season with salt and garam masala. Then, add lot’s of sliced scallions and coarsely grated carrots. Continue cooking for about 7 more minutes. Next, stir in tiny bit of maple syrup. Last step, mix with precooked whole grain basmati rice, little bit of fresh lemon juice and tamari sauce.
Transfer into a bowl and season with little bit of black pepper.
