Sweet potato smoothie bowl
In a blender, blend 1 cooked chopped sweet potato, cooked/steamed chopped zucchini, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 1 handful of soaked cashews, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, a piece of ginger, turmeric, tiny bit of black pepper and a splash of almond milk.
Toppings: sugar free granola, cacao nibs, dried fruits, nuts, seeds…
