Sweet potato smoothie bowl

In a blender, blend 1 chopped cooked sweet potato, 1 chopped cooked apple, 1 handful of coriander leaves, 1 tabelspoon of ground flaxseeds, a splash of oat milk and a splash of water, if necessary.
Transfer into a bowl and top with tahini, popped amaranth and blueberries.
