Sweet potato oatmeal

Cook 1 small portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with 1 grated apple (peeled, if wished) in water. Season with grated orange peel and cardamom.
At the end of cooking, stir in about 6 tablespoons of mashed sweet potatoes, a squeeze of fresh orange juice and 1 tabelspoon of ground almonds.
Topping: some mixed nuts and little bit of cinnamon.
