Sunday breakfast idea
Egg (pasture-raised/organic): heat olive oil over low/medium heat and add egg. With the lid on cook until ready
Sauted mushroom slices in olive oil (low/medium heat)
Potato slices: heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute precooked potato slices for some minutes. Then stir in chopped parsley
Steamed/boiled zucchini slices
Season everything with salt (Himalayan salt is a good option), tiny bit of black pepper and oregano. Sprinkle the rest with raw apple cider vinegar
