Strawberry seed bars
In a pot, combine 6 handfuls of chopped strawberries and 3 tablespoons of date sugar. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Then stir in 2 teaspoons of agar agar. Let it cool down slightly then transfer into a blender and blend with 1 cup of soaked cashews.
In a blender, blend 6 handfuls of sunflower seeds, 8 handfuls of pumpkin seeds, 6 dried figs, 6 handfuls of shredded coconut and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Transfer into a bowl and combine with 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of water. Transfer onto a tray (26cm) lined with parchment paper. Spread and press it evenly down. Then spread the strawberry cream on top. Place the tray in the frigde for a couple of hours then enjoy it!
