Cook spelt bulgur together with coarsely grated pumpkin in water according to the package directions. Add a splash of tinned coconut milk, little bit of fresh orange juice, cardamom and grated orange peel.
Topping: tahini, roasted black sesame seeds, ground green stevia leaves and blanched grapes.
