Spelt bulgur stew

Bring water to a boil. Add lots of celery leaves, parsley and sliced carrots and olive oil. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add spelt bulgur. Season with turmeric, salt (πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Himalayan salt is a good option), little bit of black pepper and vegetable broth powder (πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ yeast free, sugar free and without flavour enhancer). Stir occasionally. Add more water, if necessary. Cook according to the package directions.
Transfer onto a plate or into a bowl, depends on how liquid it is. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, oregano, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and olive oil.
