Soba noodles

Heat sesame seed oil in a skillet over low/medium heat. Saute sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, chopped scallions and sliced red cabbage. Season with turmeric, garam masala and salt. Cook until the veggies are slightly brown. Then add little bit of tinned coconut milk and water. Cook for 1 or 2 more minutes then stir in precooked soba brown rice noodles (cooked in vegetable broth, sugar free, yeast free and without flavour enhancer). Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Served with mashed yellow split lentils, salt, little bit of sesame seed oil and tandoori masala.
