Smoothie & oatmeal
In a blender, blend 1 steamed pear, a small piece of fresh ginger, 1 heaping tabelspoon of sunflower seeds, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and 1 cooked beetroot.
Transfer into a bowl and serve with cooked oats (cooked in water with a splash of tinned coconut milk// gluten free, if wished).
Topping: wheatgrass powder and sunflower seeds.
