Smoothie & oatmeal

In a blender, blend 1 green apple (peeled, if wished), some celery leaves, 1 handful of soaked almonds, a splash of oat milk and 1 pear.

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in half water and half oat milk. Transfer it into a bowl and top with the content of the blender.
