In a pot, cook 1 small portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with 1 chopped Granny Smith apple (peeled, if wished) and about 1 handful of cauliflower florets in water.
Let it cool down.
In a blender, blend the content of the pot, a small handful of soaked cashews, a small piece of ginger and 1 tabelspoon of flaxseeds.
