Shrimps in tomato sauce

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat. Saute minced onions for about 5 minutes. Then, add little bit of minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped celery leaves, chopped dill and shrimps with the shells on. Saute for about 10 minutes. Next, stir in tomato puree and season with salt, oregano, several star anise and little bit of black pepper. A couple minutes later add tinned chopped tomato and little bit of water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add water, if necessary.

Served with wholegrain basmati and lots of chopped parsley, dill and celery leaves. Drizzled with olive oil.
