Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in water. Season with herbed salt.
At the end of cooking, stir in about 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, corn and chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool down, slightly. Then transfer it into a bowl and top with some avocado slices and 1 teaspoon of miso paste. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, tiny bit of black pepper & salt (if needed) and drizzle with olive oil.
