Sardines, hummus and veggies

Roasted sardines: Preheat oven (convection grill oven) to 150-160 degrees. Season gutted head-off sardines with salt and herbed salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Roast in the upper part of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Then, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice🍋.

Roasted veggies: (convection grill oven, 160 degrees, upper part of the oven)
Seasoned with salt (👩‍🍳 Himalayan salt is a good option) and herbed salt. Drizzled with olive oil. Mixed thoroughly.
