Rice quinoa dish with red cabbage and egg

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute finely sliced red cabbage for about 10 minutes. Add little bit of water, if necessary and cook with the lid on. Season with salt, chopped fennel leaves and little bit of garam masala.
At the end of cooking, stir in precooked rice-quinoa, egg(s) and little bit of fresh lemon juice. Cook for 1 or 2 more minutes then it’s ready to serve.
