Cook 1 portion of basmati rice (to reduce arsenic in rice I cooked it in water for a couple of minutes and then I strained it) in half rice milk and half water. Season with grated lemon peel. At the end of cooking stir in poppy seeds, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 sliced banana, some sliced strawberries. Let it rest for some minutes.
Transfer into a bowl. Top with almond butter or tahini, a splash of almond milk and little bit of cinnamon.
