Rice breakfast bowl

Heat coconut oil over low/ medium heat and saute grated carrots. Then, stir in cooked whole grain basmati rice, grated orange peel, date or coconut sugar and little bit of fresh orange juice. About 5 minutes later, transfer it into a bowl and top it with some almonds (soaked in water, if possible), pumpkin seed butter and little bit of raw cacao powder.
