Rice breakfast bowl
1 portion of whole grain basmati rice. Let it cool down slightly
2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt (good options are: organic coconut yoghurt, organic sheeps yoghurt or organic cow yoghurt. The TCM recommends to eat yoghurt just from time to time, not every day even if it is plantbased)
Chopped dark chocolate (sweetended with coconut sugar, over 70%)
Seasoned with little bit of cinnamon and cardamom
