Rice bowl with eggs
Heat olive oil over low/medium heat. Saute grated carrots, chopped parsley, chopped dill and chopped celery leaves. Season with salt and herbed salt. Then, add precooked whole grain basmati rice, nutritional yeast and beaten egg(s) (organic/pasture-raised//1-2 for each portion). Cook until ready, then transfer it into a bowl and top with some olives and herbs.
