Mixed sauted veggies: Heat olive oil (a little bit more than usual) over low/medium heat and saute finely sliced eggplants until golden brown. Take them out and set aside. Then, add halved peeled asparagus and sliced zucchinis. If needed, add more olive oil or water. Season with salt and herbed salt (I use herbamare for salads/avogel_ch). Cook with the lid on until veggies soften.
