Quinoa pumpkin dish

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute diced pumpkin. Season with salt and herbed salt. Cook with the lid on until the pumpkin soften. Then, add chopped parsley, precooked yellow lentils and precooked quinoa. Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, oregano and nutritional yeast.
