Quinoa porridge

Cook quinoa in water for a couple of minutes then strain it. Continue cooking with fresh water according to the package directions. Add grated pear and grated tangerine peel. At the end of cooking stir in tangerines and tiny bit of date sugar, If necessary.
Transfer into a bowl and top with pumpkin seed butter, cacao nibs and toasted black sesame seeds.
