Quinoa breakfast bowl

Cook 1 portion of quinoa in water for a couple of minutes then strain it. Continue cooking with fresh water according to the package directions. Stir in grated pear and little bit of fresh lemon juice.
Transfer into a bowl and top with sunflower seeds, tahini and beetroot powder.
