Quinoa bowl

Cook quinoa together with yellow/orange lentils for a couple of minutes then change the water. Continue cooking with fresh salted water until both softens. Let it cool down, slightly.
Transfer into a bowl and top with boiled asparagus, sliced avocado, chopped parsley and chopped dill. Season with little bit of black pepper, herbed salt, drizzle with olive oil and raw apple cider vinegar.
