Quick granola with stevia

Heat skillet over medium/high heat. Add 1 handful of oats (gluten free, if wished), 2-3 tablespoons of shredded coconut and 1 handful of pure cornflakes. Roast for a couple of minutes, then reduce to low/medium heat. Stir, occasionally. Next, stir in tiny bit of ground green stevia leaves, little bit of cinnamon and 1 tabelspoon of tahini. Mix well! Let it cool down and serve with yoghurt. Good options are: coconut yoghurt, organic sheeps/goat yoghurt or organic cow yoghurt. Season with cardamom.
