Polenta breakfast bowl

Cook 1 portion of polenta in water according to the package directions. At the end of cooking, stir in about 1 teaspoon of desiccated coconut and grapes. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, then transfer it into a bowl and top with tahini, cardamom, pomegranate seeds and slow fried banana slices (in coconut oil).
