Polenta bowl

Cook 1 portion of polenta according to the package directions in water or in half water and half almond milk. At the end of cooking stir in diced pear and season with cardamom. Stir in a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool down slightly. Then drizzle with almond butter or tahini. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
