Orange oatmeal

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in half water and half coconut milk. Stir in 1 small diced orange, 1 scoop of collagen peptides (type I-X), grated orange peel, cardamom and tiny bit of ground green stevia leaves. Transfer into a bowl and top with tahini and bee pollen powder (👉 only if you are NOT allergic to it!!!).
