Orange flavoured pancakes

In a blender, blend 2 peeled chopped apples, 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, 8 tablespoons of water, 8 tablespoons of oats (gluten free, if wished), 8 tablespoons of rice flakes and fresh orange juice of 1 orange.
In a bowl, combine the content of the blender, 1 tabelspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 heaping tabelspoon of baking powder, 2 heaping tablespoons of arrowroot powder, cardamom, tiny bit of salt and grated orange peel. Add little bit of water if necessary. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet. Use a tablespoon to scoop the batter into the pan. Slow fry on both sides until golden brown (low/medium heat).

Serve with some chopped apples, pumpkin seeds and blackstrap molasses.
