Oatmeal with quince
Cook 1 small peeled diced quince in little bit of water until tender. Add more water and bring it to a boil again. Then, add 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished). Stir in 1 teaspoon of cashew butter, tiny bit of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar. Add more water, if necessary.
Transfer into a bowl and top with some crushed cashews and a mixed mushroom superfood powder (I used mushroom blend mix defend from foursigmatic).
