Oatmeal with apple and blueberries

Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with 1 grated apple and blueberries in water. Season with pure vanilla powder and cardamom.
At the end of cooking stir in little bit of tahini.
Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle with shelled hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
