Oatmeal & green smoothie
In a blender, blend 1 chopped cooked/steamed apple (peeled, if wished), 1 handful of coriander leaves (steamed, if wished*), 1 handful of parsley (steamed, if wished), 1 tabelspoon of pumpkin seeds, 1 small piece of ginger, about 1 tabelspoon of avocado and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Combine with cooked oatmeal and some more pumpkin seeds.
*I don’t eat lot’s of raw fruits and veggies because it is easier to digest
