Oatmeal and smoothie

Cook 1 small portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) in half oat/nut/seed milk and half water.

In a blender, blend 1 cooked beetroot, 1 handful of strawberries and 1 small handful of soaked almonds.

Optional, add a little bit of raw honey or coconut sugar.

Transfer the smoothie and the oatmeal into a bowl and season with little bit of cinnamon.
