Mussles and millet (one skillet dish)

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat and saute minced onions until translucent. Then, add little bit of minced garlic, chopped parsley and mussles. Season with salt, oregano, herbed salt and tiny bit of black pepper. Saute for some minutes then add finely sliced zucchinis and chopped peeled tomatoes. Next, add millet (soaked for a couple of minutes in boiled water/then strained) and little bit of water. With the lid on cook until ready. Add more water, if necessary. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Topped with some chopped tomato and lettuce. Sprinkled with oregano.
