Mixed veggie soup

Bring water to a boil and add diced potatoes🥔, diced sweet potatoes🍠, sliced carrots 🥕, sliced zucchinis, celery leaves, celery stalk, olive oil, turmeric, vegetable broth powder (👩‍🍳 sugar free, yeast free and without flavour enhancer) and salt. The veggies should be covered with water.
Simmer for about 40 minutes.Then, remove the celery and blend the soup with a hand blender.
Top with yellow lentils and the cooked celery leaves/stalk. Season with tiny bit of black pepper.
