Millet topped with cuttlefish stew

Heat olive oil over low/medium heat. Add cleaned chopped cuttlefish and saute for about 10 minutes with the lid on. Then, add minced onions. Cook until translucent. Next, add finely, sliced zucchinis, finely chopped celery leaves and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and herbed salt. Add tomato juice and little bit of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid on.
Serve with millet and a small portion of salad.
