Millet patties

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cooked millet, 1 tabelspoon of ground flaxseeds, 2-3 tablespoons of chickpea flour, salt and 3-4 tabelspoons of corn. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
Then, form flat patties out of the dough. Heat olive oil in a skillet over low/medium heat. Slow fry patties on both sides until golden brown.
Served with cooked leafy greens. Olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and little bit of black pepper.
