Millet breakfast bowl

Heat coconut oil over medium heat and saute about 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut. Next, add 2 grated carrots. As soon as the carrots soften stir in some precooked millet, grated orange peel and sprinkle with fresh orange juice.
Transfer into a bowl and top with your favourite nut/seed butter.
