Millet breakfast bowl

Cook 1 portion of millet in water for a couple of minutes. Then, strain the millet and cook with fresh water (2:1) together with 1 chopped apple (peeled, if wished).
Transfer into a bowl and top with roasted black sesame seeds, cardamom and tahini.
