Lunch idea

Roasted baby potatoes, red onions & (precooked) peas. Mixed thoroughly with olive oil, salt and tandoori masala. Roasted in the upper part of the oven (160 degrees, convection oven)

Steamed lettuce

Steamed egg(s) in a skillet, in olive oil over low/medium heat with the lid on.

Dill

Eggplant-red pepper dip (convenience food/glass jar, whenever I buy convenience food I make sure that it is sugar free and low in omega 6 oils like sunflower oil)

Salt
