Mix together:

Whole grain basmati rice

Boiled brussels sprouts

Lentil stew:
Bring water to a boil, then add lentils. Cook for about 10 minutes then strain them.
Heat olive oil over low/medium heat. Saute sliced leek, chopped celery leaves & stalk, chopped parsley and sliced carrots. Season with salt, garam masala, oregano, bay leaves and cumin.
About 10 minutes later add lentils, tomato puree and water.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes. Add water if necessary.

Light miso paste

Nori flakes

Topping:

Chopped parsley

Some sliced red onions

Steamed egg: in olive oil over low/ medium heat with the lid on
