Lentil spaghetti bolognese

In a skillet, heat olive oil over low medium heat. Add minced onions and minced grassfed veal. Season with salt, little bit of black pepper, oregano, little bit of minced garlic, little bit of cinnamon, loveage, lot’s of parsley & celery (chopped or whole leaves). Stir and spread the minced meat, evenly. Cook through, then stir in tomato puree. Next, add tinned chopped tomato and little bit of water. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add water, if necessary.
Serve with little bit of salad and lentil spaghetti.
