Lemon poppy seed oatmeal
Cook 1 portion of oats (gluten free, if wished) together with grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds and about 1 tabelspoon of coconut flour in water. At the end of cooking stir in a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and 1-2 tabelspoons of tinned coconut milk. Sweetend with tiny bit of ground stevia leaves.
